$3000+ Elopements

$800+ Sessions

Where are you based?

I am based out of California. Long Beach, CA to be more specific. I used to live in San Francisco a few years ago and always consider the Bay Area to be my second home. Do you hear that? “I left my heart in San Francisco” playing in the background. Do you hear it too? Haha I love that city.

What is your photography style?

A mix of photojournalism and guidance along the way / warm tones / moody / romantic / natural.

Do you offer video?

No, I only offer photography. I can recommend great videographers that I love working with and that I trust.

I’ve never been photographed professionally… I am a bit nervous. Will I need to think of poses?

Don’t worry at all. I got you! All I ask is that you trust me and be open to my ideas. I will direct you to do things so that I can capture you both as naturally as possible. There will be a mix of posed and unposed moments. I also, play music in the background. Breathe, it will be ok. We can also meet for a drink before we start our session? No pressure of course. If you don’t drink it’s ok. We can dance like no one is watching to take all the nerves away. I want to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Do you travel internationally for wedding’s?

Heck yeah I do! I have my passport ready. Where are we going? I love to travel. Share with me as much information as possible of how you envision your day so I can create a package that works best for you both.

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, I do. It all depends on where your wedding/session will take place. There are no travel fees if your wedding/session are within an hour of my city. Long Beach, CA.

Do you offer a second photographer?

Yes, I do. They are an additional fee. I typically document weddings on my own and sometimes when the couple’s want or need a second then I hire someone that I trust.

How long will it take to get my wedding photos?

Final galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks from your wedding day. But wait! I won’t let you wait for weeks and weeks without anything. I will send you a sneak preview 2-5 days after your big day! I don’t like to wait so I don’t want my couples to wait either. I’m here for you.

During HIGH SEASON (May-July and September-November) the delivery time might take 9-12 weeks.

How do you deliver your photos?

You will receive a private online gallery with unlimited downloads. It’s super easy to share with your loved ones. They too can download. You will also have the option to mark any photo you want as PRIVATE before sharing the link with your loved ones. They will only have access to what you let them see.

Do you bring backup gear? What kind of gear do you use?

Yes, I do. Always. I use Canon cameras, lens and flashes. 1 Canon R6 mirrorless, 2 Canon Mark 5d IV, 2 Canon Mark III, Primary photograph with Prime lens. I find that zoom lens don’t challenge me enough. Meaning, When I use a zoom lens I see myself not moving a lot because I can always stand in one place and zoom in and out. But with Prime lens I tend to move more and end up discovering different angles to photograph.

Do you use photoshop or retouch photos?

I use Adobe Lightroom to edit all my photos. I do minor retouching such as pimples, blemishes and sometimes even hair. Please note that I do this to the important photos of your entire gallery such as your own portraits, family and some wedding party photos. I DON’T do it to all the photos. I do offer Photoshop services at an additional fee per photo or project. Please note Photos will be outsource to a Photoshop professional.

How many photos will I be receiving?

That depends on how many hours you hire me for and what package you decide to get.

Can I get the RAW files?

I don’t offer that. As that is not a finished product and doesn’t represent my style and brand.  But I promise you that you are getting all the awesome photos!

Are you a full-time WEDDING photographer?

I sure am. I decided to quit my 9-5 job about 6 years ago and never looked back. One of the best decisions I ever made.

What’s your background in photography?

Where do I start… ready for a long story short? Here it goes… I found my love for photography at the young age of 8 or 9. I can’t remember. My father (yeah it’s one of those stories. Haha) gave me a Kodak 110 film camera. It was the best gift EVER! By the time High School came around it’s when I decided to take this passion to the next level. I took advantage of all 4 years and photographed everything I could. It was there when I first went in a darkroom and developed my first film and printed my first photograph. My heart dropped as I saw it come alive in front of my eyes. I can’t explain how amazing that feeling was.

I continued doing photography all through College by taking classes and trying to find myself in this creative world. When digital started showing up… I honestly hated it. It wasn’t the same. I missed developing my own film and printing my own prints. It was hard… but I finally got into digital photography in 2007.

Now at wedding’s one of the things I always remind myself when I have my digital camera in my hands…

“Slow down. Remember when you had a film camera? You only had 36 shots in the film strip. You had to think about every pose or what you wanted to photograph before you actually did.”

So you can say I do photograph fast on wedding days but I do always remind myself to slow down and to take those special moments in and be in silence when it’s necessary. I’ve been told that I’m like a ninja and when they get their photos they don’t know how I was even there for that particular moment.

I have degree in Photography and in Fashion Design ( Yes, I also went to FIDM) This is when I was trying to find myself.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, I do.

I am a private person, is it possible to not use my photos online?

Unfortunately, I don’t take any weddings where I can’t use the photos. I am emotionally connected to my work and it’s very hard to not share them with the world. I hope you can understand.
